Tier-2G - change of employer and start date questions

Hi My new employer is going to issue me a CoS with start date of 2nd of Jan 2020. However there is a chance that I might delay the joining date and join a week later, which I understand I can do (with permission from new employer) as it will still be within the 28 days of CoS start date. However, ca...

Problem however is that there is a slight change in job description/role From Senior developer to Lead UI Developer. Question is - how does it matter if the job des...

Re: Applied in Pune but bliuedart showing shipped from New Delhi

Yes, all passports are shipped from Delhi.
I clarified the same with VFS staff in Mumbai, and they said the same.
Also, when you opt to collect the passport from VFS, the courier is simply sent from Delhi to the VFS branch.

Re: IHS Payment Refund

Read this: https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigrati ... on/refunds
It says `You’ll get a full IHS refund if: ... you withdraw your visa application`

So, I would suggest wait for 6 weeks, and then if not refunded, contact them.(see bottom of that page)

What does `Date Entry Clearance valid from` depend on

What does the date of entry clearance valid from depend on?

In the out of country timelines posts, I often see that people get the passport back with visa in a week or two, but the date of entry clearance is valid from after a month. Does that have any bearing on any date mentioned in CoS ?

Re: Apr 14 Change in Rules - Switching from T2 ICT to T2G

unfortunately not as your total leave under T2 cannot be more than 6 years and this is counted from the time of your initial T2 ICT Established Staff leave I assume you meant 6 years only when switching from T2 ICT to T2 G ? If someone continues to stay on T2 ICT (initial entry as established staff...
