Thanks everyone. :D My passport was stamped at Croydon on May 18th. I'm still going to complain even though I finally have my ILR. I think it's disgraceful for them to take 9 months on a straightforward case without giving any information on the progress especially when asked to expediate my case ba...

So...after sending a letter of complaint, e-mail complaints, telephone complaints, I finally heard something back from HO. They sent me a letter today telling me that my caseworker will contact me within 20 days about my complaint. I've tried contacting my MP again since the election so I can...

Why do people on here assume everyone one is male?? Everytime people refer to someone on here they always say 'he' even though they have no evidence for their gender.

Can people make sure they update the waiting times for still pending applications when they repost the list otherwise it's not accurate and more confusing to update and keep track. NoWayOut I am sorry if my question is of sensitive nature - but did you think that your application is a straight forward one or are there any issues or perhaps gaps in our stay, well, any reason really why it may take so long? My application IS straightforward. There are no gaps, I haven't left th...

Kiwigirl, by judging your recent comments you have made since you posted the above post, you have proved once again that you are an uneccessary distruction in this forum. We, 10 Year Legal applicants, in this very Thread dedicated to 10 Year ILRs, do not want unneccessary distruction and contaminat...

I appreciate all your kind words but I feel like you're all being slightly unrealistic. You're making it seem like I have control over when my ILR gets processed and if I simply call enough times or write enough letters it will suddenly arrive....but if there's anything this thread or countless mess...

NoWayOut - did you try contacting them recently? I know they give most of the time a standard response... but possibly you can call them to say that you just want to make sure that your documents are in their hands still and you are, for example, worried that if they were posted some time ago, then...

Beige you are probably right but in my view between September and January we have October, November and December, they are the actual 3 months that I was refering to and where we don't have any applicants in our thread.
