I contacted the home office and told them they havent taken payment yet, it has been 8 weeks The agent said you will need to contact the payment processing unit. I asked can i speak to them? Incorrect information was provided to you.

As far as I know, you are eligible for ILR if you have lived in UK lawfully for 10 year and unlawfully for 14 years. with no more that 500 days spent outside UK collectively.

My VISA does not expire until End of 2011, but I completed 10 years of long recidency. Currently under Tier 1 General Migrant. FOXY the Rule that you are talking about:

"Does it mean that after waiting 15 mnonths for ILR decision, we are eligible to apply for British Citizenship???"

Tell me boonbin, why is there No payment taken?

They should do that as soon as they can, does it really take 7 - 8 weeks to take payments.

I applied ILR Set(O) under Long residence.
