What details do we get is SAR? I'm planing to go for ILR later this year.
I've been with 3 employers so far in WP.

Is that better I get SAR and check
before I make ILR application?
Will that be useful?

One of my friend and his kids stayed here in UK for 4 and 1/2 months (visit visa). He came here to visit his wife who is in Work Permit. Now the father and kids have gone back home. My question is, when they made the application they mentioned it is for 3 months stay. But they stayed 1 and 1/2 month...

applied on 2nd feb acknowledged on 4th feb biometrics 26th feb id card 24th march passport not yet! Applied on 2nd FEB, still waiting for the Passport! I don't know why the HO treats 'Passport Handling' so badly. They must realise for a foreigner his passport is much more important.... This Tier 2 ...

Is there any same day premium service for this scheme?

I'm right now with a company under Tier2. I'm having an offer with another
company.

Under new scheme, even if I get the sponsorship with the new company,
I can't work until I get the Bio-Metric Card.

In that case can I work with my previous company until I get my FLR?
