Well, honestly its a commom mistake to reverse your names.

Hence, I didn't bother to mention in the draft.

But yours is different, so mention in the draft.

Re: ILR Succes-1/11/2014 Ltd Company Director

Hi Rahulpc,

I have paid no national insurance at all, I didn't reach the threshold for paying that as a Director or company contributions.

https://www.gov.uk/employee-directors

It's best to contact your accountant, who will tell you if you are due any.

Best luck with your application.

Re: ILR...can someone help please

Please share your Degree name, also, Tier 1 G initial Grant Date.

It is recommended to insert PBS print out, also the requirement of getting enough points for ILR is sufficed with PBS print out wrt KOLL.

Re: SET O - Tier 1

NO.

This relevant to the time on which the application is based.

Normally, 4 yrs 11 months.

If you calculate the time before the Tier 1 visa, you would apply under 10 yrs long residency instead completion of 5yrs under Tier 1 G

I believe we need to leave this section empty.

It's only applicable if you have 180 days or more in 1 year of your 5 yrs stay.

This is what i gathered reading all the post.
