I am working in Pakistan as an engineer. And I am also working remotely as a freelance engineer for a Qatar Based company, who has no physical presence in Pakistan. Can I claim "Mobile Credit Allowance" and "Health Insurance Premium" in annual earnings?
These were not paid to my bank account, and are considered non-cash benefits.

I read some where that I can face problems when applying for ILR if I have not entered in UK within 28 days of Visa grant.

There is a requirement for Tier 1 that I should have 2800 pounds in my account for 3 recent months.

Earnings Criteria/Salary Multiplier after April 5

Currently I come under the Group D countries and according to my knowledge, I am getting an earning multiplier of 5.3 (correct me if I am wrong)

So I am getting 25 points for the previous Earning.

I wanted to know how will these points be affected after April 6?
