we got spouse visa approved and valid till 2018. My wife didnt get any visa approval letter or any other instructions.

Anyone who applied during the last week of May 2015 and got their spouse visa approved; did you get a biometric card or just the visa sticker?

Nope the complete online printout form did not have any reference to IHS number. And the date of application in the form say 15/04/2015.

So, am I in the clear regarding my payslips and bank statement? Or the date of application is the actually appointment of submission date?
