I wanted to let you all know that my husband is back!! At last it's over, it took seven months to reach here. But I am glad I m here.

Oh I wish there was something like that!!! They have quoted a time scale of three to four weeks for " mandatory checks"...

You are right they are a sorry lot... And there is nothing you can do to check the status..

I know it's only a matter of few weeks but it's really tough... It's took is seven months to reach here!!! We appealed his refusal ...

We won the appeal yesterday!!!! Didn't even have to go for an actual hearing the judge just agreed in the pre-hearing... I'm so happy just need to wait for him to come back home now xxxx

has anyone got their refusals overturned in an ECM review.. I have been told that they rarely change decesions and just send the case to the AIT even when they have made an error.

Is the ECM review for the sakes of show???

hi, thanks so much for your reply...can u tell me if its true that when the appeal goes for a review at the eco they never change their decesion...my solicitor tells me they simply send the appeal to the ait for a hearing.. all this is very frustrating he has now lost his job becoz someone didnt bot...
