just one thing i can say is you need her until you get LR. SO keep good relation with her until then,,,YOU know the mean. if YOU say DOJ you are separete or divorce.....every thing will STOP. SO calm until you get LR.

i do know 2 cases,,,,wat happen is their both stamp 4 expired. after 6 month 10 days FIRST ONE got refused becos she is not ex,,sing eu treaty . SECOND one he havent got any response yet from DOJ,he sent p45 during 6 month becos his wife lost job...may be they hold his case until she get a new job,,...

my wife use to work in a resturent,,,,,when she heavly prgnt she ask to leave the job 6 month then her boss said if we need you then u can come back.....but they didnt issue p45 yet.
problems is if they ring they might say she dont work here now.

roddy,,,sad news is ,,,i know two case. their tem stamp4 end up last month but they have not got any news yet from doj,,,,,, one of them back to old visa for 1 year ,,,,
