Hi buddy,

She holds work permit until July 2013. I got work permit dependent visa. The visa says, MUL Visa until July 2013 to join Spouse/CP.

I filled in VAF 2 form as my wife is HSMP and rules changed after that. I am sure Tier 1 and Tier 2 protocol has different VAF forms. I shall strongly recommend some other senior person on the board to guide you which form you need to fill exactly in conjunction to what type of visa you are applying...

Lastly please be advised that it is taking anywhere from 15 to 90 days as of now to process work permit or tier1 dependent visas

You may also want to include your P60 form, utility bills, birth certificate of both yourself and your wife, wedding photographs if you are newly wedded couple.

It was extremely tragic to learn about your case.

Work permit dependent visa here in New Delhi is taking anywhere from 15 days to 90 days.

So please plan accordingly.
