I filled in VAF 2 form as my wife is HSMP and rules changed after that. I am sure Tier 1 and Tier 2 protocol has different VAF forms. Lastly please be advised that it is taking anywhere from 15 to 90 days as of now to process work permit or tier1 dependent visas

You may also want to include your P60 form, utility bills, birth certificate of both yourself and your wife, wedding photographs if you are newly wedded couple.

So please plan accordingly.
