Re: Naturalisation (English Requirements URGENT)

I repeat "If you have obtained ILR after 28th Oct 2013 then there is no need to send anything to prove you knowledge of language. Just need to tick the box in the form" Hi solospy, I think technically you are right and this is what Usman has mentioned but its HO most intelligent departmen...

Re: Naturalisation (English Requirements URGENT)

Re: Naturalisation (English Requirements URGENT)

Did you also provide a print-out from PBC? This print-out, plus the original degree certificate, should have been enough (although, technically speaking, I agree that the fact that you have passed this requirement after October 2013, should have been sufficient as well). The application form clearl...

In the same boat

I think Kadik is right. I got the visa stamped on 3 Feb 2009 and the new rules applied in April 2009.
Secondly you can try entering the application date and visa stamped date you should score the same points if the visa stamped before April 2009.

I think the reason why they send successful applicants' documents to Islamabad for the visa stamp is for the purpose of security checks. Unsuccessful applicants dont need security checks so they are sent back directly from Abu Dhabi to Gerry's and then to the applicant. Looking at the way our secur...
