In the bank statement, the starting balance, the transactions involved for the whole month and ending balance will be mentioned. This should give a clear idea of balance. You can still use the same bank statements. Just take a copy of these statements and keep it in the MAINTENANCE FUND section and mention that you kept the original under PREVIOUS EARNINGS SECTION without fail.
