Tier 2 working hrs

Hello, I am on maternity leave and want to start work back. Can I work on reduced hours. I know that if we have to go for reduced hours then we have to inform Home Office. But do we have to do same if the reduction in working hours is temporary and due to maternity.

Benefits in Pregnancy - Tier 2

Hello,
Tier 2 visa holders have no recourse of Public Funds,
Please confirm, is Maternity Exemption (free prescription, and dental benefits which is valid for 2 years of Pregnancy) included in Public Funds.
Will ILR be effect if one takes those benefits.

keep it simple. notice period etc. is a matter between you and employer to sort out -not immigration related lets say your currently issued visa(from current employer) is valid till 1st October 2011. you apply based on new COS from different employer. and that visa is granted starting from 1st July...

once we get the visa stamp of the new employer, is it legal to work for the old employer for completing the notice period. You may work with the old employer up until the day preceding the "issue / effective date" mentioned on the new visa stamp. didnt really get it... if i apply for same...

Hello,

Do we need to inform Home office if we change our address.
The Tier- 2 was issued on differnt address and after that we moved to new place.
will if effect the ILR as its now more then 6 months that address has chaged.
