proof of address

hi for dependant visa is tenancy aggrement and bank statement showing address is sufficient or further proof of accomodation is required.my husband is living in NHS hospital accomodation where hospital pays the bills so i cant submit bills as proof of address.

@fatima i suggest to resubmit your documents if there isn,t any problem with money as appeal cases take minimum of 6 months from pakistan and it can take longer but if u have patience you can appeal and u might win.

yes i,m from pakistan.my husband got new i yr contract in uk.i will reapply as soon as gets his passport stamped.they refused our visa due to silly reason.

they r refusing visas for minor reasons in our country.in my case they are satisfied with all credentials except i submitted my hubbys passport copy without attestation.so have to reapply as i cant wait for appeal process.

good luck iqra.i applied on 10 feb from khi vac and still no reply.its under process acoording to them as usual.i wonder approx how many more days are required for these lazy buggers to check in details of application

dont worry but do call aboudhabi as advised.visa process is really slow these days.its almost 9 weeks since i applied and upon calling them they say its under process.

i applied for tier 2 dependant visa along with my baby on 10 march on ukvac khi and no reply yet.looks like visa processing is really slow but lets hope for the best and keep posting updates.

count me in too.i applied for tier 2 dependant visa along with my month baby 8 weeks back from uk vac karachi and no reply yet.on tracking it shows application forwarded to islamabad oc from day 1 of submission.upon calling aboudhabi they always say your application is under process.
