I have dropped a note first to Web.Newdelhi@fco.gov.uk which sent an automated mail to drop all visa related mails to visqry.newdelhi@fco.gov.uk. However the lead time for response is 20...

It seems Chennai High Commission is really very quick - 38 working days for processing as per the latest timelines published.

Poor Delhi and Mumbai High Commission which was delivering in 38 working days is now taking 42 and 43 working days for processing settlement visa.

Query

Hi Juhi,

a) Can we email them any documents even if they have not asked for?
b) What time normally they sent the confirmation? Is it during the afternoon?
c) Did you have to go to the VFS center and collect the visa or have they couriered to you?

Regards
