She was initially on Tier 2 ICT extension which has expired already. Now I am not sure which category she can apply again. I think even my company cannot bring her in Tier 2 dependent if I have an ILR. Please advise the best route.

Congratulations mate.
Can you please help me in understanding the company letter that you have provided? Did you company mentioned that you were paid in UK during your gap period? How did you managed with the period which was outside UK?
