Your question is not clear.

1. Are you asking if you need to submit proof of payment of your company's corporation tax along with your visa application?

2. Else are you asking if you need to submit proof of your income tax on dividends at the of submitting your visa application?

Council tax Benefit is public funds as per http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... blicfunds/

However also see https://www.gov.uk/council-tax-reduction

Your council should be able to clarify the issue for you.

If you provide a booked ticket for your MIL leaving before your visa's expiry, as supporting document, it would strongly indicate that she does not intend to stay beyond your visa's expiry. Later on, if your visa gets extended, you might be able to extend your MIL's departure date as required subjec...

You need to check that with your council.

Public funds usually mean 'benefits', I do not believe a discount on council tax is a benefit.

You dont need a visa for a british born baby, unless the baby is going to travel outside the UK and will re-enter the UK. At the point of re-entry, you will need a visa for the baby.

Everything else is the same as a normal dependent visa.

What the visa officer might be concerned about is whether your MIL will be left in the UK without a place to stay if your renewal doesn't happen. If you can give some assurance that your MIL will leave before your visa expires, it might work in your favour. It is your duty to provide due information...

Yeah a letter from the company may help if they have decided to renew your visa. But as with any visa decision, one cannot be sure of the result. You can only make the application as strong as possible

So use daughter, and put the facts in your invitation letter. If you are really concerned, go and seek immigration lawyer's advice.

However I've done the same thing last year, and there wasnt any problem.

Dependent of UK born child? I think you meant dependent visa for UK born child?

Yes you can, the only difference is the dependent wont be able to re-enter UK without a proper visa.

11. Savings account statement for 3 months (Funds- more that £2000)

I am not sure savings account (i.e. fixed deposit) balances are accepted as proof of funds, please check that.

I submitted a rent agreement too... it's good to submit it as the visa officer will be assured your spouse has somewhere to stay. They may want to ensure dependents will be adequately housed without the need for applying for council housing.

If your dependents don't have an email address of their own, I believe adding a dot anywhere within your gmail username will make it a unique email address. For example, you can use xyz123@gmail.com or xyz.123@gmail.com or x.yz123@gmail.com as distinct email addresses when you sign the petition, all...
