Hello friends! I have recently received my Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK for myself and my spouse after living in the UK for 10 years. I also applied for my children's Indefinite Leave to Remain under SET (F) application forms as their length of stay was only 9 years, and they have received their...

Dear La, You can run your business without investing the £200,000 capital, but unless you show Home Office that you made the investment, you can't extend your Tier 1 visa if this is what you plan to do, but you can switch to Tier 2. Please read the policy guidance on Tier 2 visas. However, I'm not s...

Dear la, If you do not invest the money, you will not be fulfilling the requirements of the visa, and the consequence is that you will not get an extension. As a Tier 1 Entrepreneur, you are not allowed to work for anyone else, but you CAN switch from any Tier 1 category to a Tier 2 category as per ...

Dear la, You are obviously going to be investing this money in the business, you can't keep it in the bank for the whole 3 years. If you do business with it, you have to pay tax on any profits you make. If you believe your profit per year is going to be £200,000, then yes you have to pay tax on this...

So in total we showed £55,000 on one statement. Please check http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/do...
