I am in the same position as bariaji. The online form will not ask if you done your ILR after Oct 2013, it still ask for Naric or certificate in english.

Markie, I just couldn't find an earlier appointment at the visa application centre but I will not wait for it. I will go and speak to the manager to get an exceptional appointment.

Yes, your application will be considered under the new rules..good luck!!
I spent long time to meet the current requirement, I don't think I can get the 80 points required under new rules :(

Hi All,

My employer doesn't include the Bonus as part of the Gross Salary, it's a separate item in the payslip.

Will the UKBA count it as part of my earnings or they count only the gross salary ?
