You must not give any incorrect information on the application form. do that and you can be sure of never having any success in the future. If the application form asks for certain information and you dont provide it, then also its like providing incorrect info. I don't intend to give incorrect ...

The rules are quite plain, no more than six months in every twelve, has he gone over that? Yes but there is a rule called "spent leave" http://www.londonelegance.com/transpondia/spentleave.shtml We checked with an immigration lawyer and as he was allowed in the country he could stay for the 6 ...

Can you give too much information

Hi, We will be soon applying for a fiance visa for my US fiance. Long story short is he came last summer for 2 months, at the end of the summer I found out I was pregnant and he was due to go back to the States to work and did so. Out of curiosity, does anyone know if the private maintenance my ex husband pays me for the children can be counted as an income, it's paid through the CSA and obviously is not public funds. It's frustrating that I have to allow £57 per child per week from my wage income when I actually get £143 ch ...

Just for anyone reading this, I had actually seen something about 3rd Party support and am posting the following links. From what I understand there are no "guidelines" as yet but it is generally good news for those seeking the spousal visa route I'm sure and hopefully all will be clarified in the ...

A co-sponsor isn't acceptable. Although this was successfully challenged in the the Courts, the UKBA regulations and instructions to ECO's haven't changed and 3rd party financial support is still disallowed...although if challeged at appeal may be successful. It doesn't matter which account the ...
