Also do note that there are many organisations in this world who (try to, to the best of their ability,) make sure that their non-EEA (Tier 2 sponsored) employees in the UK are relocated to home base / offices in other countries before they become eligible for settlement in the UK. regards Hi Sushd...

Bottom-line

Hi Gurus,

So let me get it straight.

In-country switching(e.g. from Tier 2 ICT) to Tier 2 general is NOT under the limit, will be awarded UN-Restricted CoS and does have to undergo RLMT.

is my understanding correct?

Ok - a small change of fortune. Now my company has agreed to extend my Visa for another 2 years(That will take me to the 5 years mark).
