Look at it this way, you have a steady job which isn't paying hand to mouth and your company is spending money on your development through courses etc. That already puts you way way ahead of...

That is very odd. Most companies tend to have career sections on their websites however some have this annoying tendency to have them tucked away in some obsucre corner of the site like having a link, in extremely small font, at the very bottom of the home page that somthing like "Join Us"...

Hi, Have some patience buddy and keep at it. It depends on the kind of vacancies coming up and the number of indivuduals with the requisite skill sets. Last but not least, luck also plays a part. Here I think there is a divided opinion as to wether you go for a Skype number or a UK mo...

This just goes on to prove how inept the ECOs are in the first place. They don't put in the effort on reviewing cases which is why such a large number of original decisions get over turned on administrative review or appeal resulting in a waste of time and money for the poor soul who got the refusal...

Hi,

That is the standard timeline they give everyone. The 6 week duration is essentially the maximum time it will take for the passport to be returned. Normally it tends to be a bit less especially with Tier-1 Cap coming into action so keep your hopes up :)
