Hello, I would like to apply for Tier 1 visa my Previous earnings period is from April 2009 to March 2010 Question1: Can I apply for visa in June 2010 as it is the 15th month and the guidance says 12 consecutive month within the 15 month period. So since June is the 15th month would it be a problem....

The maintenance funds are form a different bank, submitted along with a letter and original pass book.

I submitted my original bank pass and a bank letter

yes its for a whole year April 2009 to March 2010

and income tax returns is for the assesement year is 2009-2010

I have also provide the orginal tax documents for proof

I request you if you could help me in writing a "why do you think a mistake was made" note in the Administrative review form. Any ideas that will convey my point which will help overturn the decision.
