hi cloudstar, i had phoned the home office twice once when i had done 14 weeks and the next when i reached 20 weeks and both occasions i had the same response that my application has not been completed.

I had all but given up hope that my passport will come before the 6 mths and yesterday had even looked for my MP's address to write a letter. i had 4 years dependent, then 4 years student and then 2 more years of dependent. I just received my passport and supporting documents back with the indefinite stamp. Took nearly 5 months and a week for the decision. It has been stamped in Sheffield and was done on june 28th.

you can call the ukba after 14 weeks but they dont give out much info. last time i called all they said was tht my application has not been completed. apparently they had no other information available.

Hi, its been really quite on the ILR receiving front from last 2 weeks. Does anyone know if the passport is sent back recorded delivery (signed for?) or does it come in the normal post? thanks

hi, i am waiting the outcome of my application as well. I sent mine (10yr) on 20th jan 2010 and received acknowledgment letter on 22nd and money debited the same day. Now its just wait i suppose!
