not trying to be bossy pants but i agree with john what ever u do any convictions or anything do mention on the form i m telling u from personal experience its not worth not mentioning even if its by mistake because they will crucify u becaz of that mistake wish u all the best

but the judge never gave his decision on the hearing day he has reserved his decision did they reserve the decision in ur case n again thanks 4 replying bak

just a quick question
i had my appeal hearing on the 13th of sep 2010.and when ever i ring the ait all i get is that decision has been reserved by the judge.any one had the same experience can tell me how long does it take for the decision to be made. any view would be welcome thanks

hi i have send of my appeal to abudhabi for a family visitor and its been almost 5 months now and after so many phone calls and emails the only reply i get is they have a back log .......can any one tell me why is the review of my appeal taking so long please its been painfull and very long 4 months...

@ mr rusty well i dont think he has applied to them and as u said they can be very cost conscious as well so would they just let his court date just pass by and wont let him attend and if he applies to them and they turn him down which most likely they will (i think)...so any solutions in regards to...

yes i do understand ur point of being stateless but now while he is detained by the uk immigration will he be allowed to attend his court date.

if some one is detained by immigration police are they still allowed to attend there family related court case or will they just rot in immigration custody any replies would be helpful thanks

i have send my appeal to AIT IN UK aswell after 3 months of wait i thought its better to send them my self so now my appeal is in abudhabi and in ait uk i know may be some of u will think its stupid but i will still appreciate ur comments please
