she wont mind going to France specially when its all paid for but how long does she has to stay in France. if she comes to france for lets say 2 weeks and i apply for a french visit visa and than apply for residency once i m in france. she will be self sufficient...

For me, the reason why "searching" might still be able to get a visa, in spite of being blacklisted/deported/whatever, is the fact that 2004/38/EC might apply.

hi

the reason for refusal was i did not mention my driving offences and it was refused under 320 7a and plus than the eco said that the money in my bank account is more than i have mentioned as my salary and that i dint show my ties to my home country but the main one was the 320 7a .... and do u think...

i have just received my ait refusal less than 28 days ago and now have send that off so they can determine if there is an error of law there or not so that they can give me another hearing thanks
