FLR(M)- 6 items of correspondence addressed to both???

Hi guys,

My husband got his ILR granted recently. I am going to switch to Spouse Visa soon.

It is my first time to apply for an extension in this category. I was wondering as a wife, do I need to provide 6 items of correspondence addressed to both of us?

Please give me some advices. Thank you!
