28 Days' Rule for Citizenship Application?

Hi all,

My husband was granted ILR last year on the 14th June. He is planning to apply for the citizenship soon.

I was wondering whether it's ok for him to send out the Application form 28 days before the 14th June this year.

Any advices?

Thanks!
