I lodged the appeal through my solicitor on 06/08/10. I provided my solicitor with the new address and phone number for the applicant in Pakistan to go in the IAF2 APPEAL FORM, for any postal correspondance (i.e. call letter) or any phone calls, but she forgot and used the old contact details. I know you have 28 days to appeal after the refusal but is it 28 days from the Decision Date or is it from the date when you collect your passport/refusal from Gerry's???

The sponsor or his/her representative (solicitor) will get a confirmation in writing within 14 days of appeal.
