Hi ,

I am applying for OCI for myself and my minor daughter via post.

My daughter was born in UK and had Indian Passport. Now we have a surrender certificate.

Should I need to send her original birth certificate and our marriage certificate to support the application?

I was under the impression that thedependants visa is no longer valid. but after reading this http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=114832 it looks they can still return with old visa and apply for settlement before their current visa expires.. Could any senior advisors please guide me ?
