As the Section H1. On psb Dependent form ask for 'Whether you have any reference no from border agency' and expect answer 'yes' or 'no', which answer should i select i.e. Yes or No. Or you mean to say don't select any answer (but it means i have not completed the form)

Degree certificate says that i have completed degree in 1995 and degree has been awarded on 2001

I have completed Masters in Science from mumbai university in yr 1995.(I have result sheet for the same) But i have received Convocation certificate in 2001, in this case which date should be considered as degree award date (i assume its 1995)?
