I know its been long since initial post but the piece of information might help future applicants.
I did apply with multiple FD accounts though from the same bank(ICICI Bank) and it was accepted.

What I meant was - the question is applicable for folks who are claiming points for Qualification.. As per the guidelines, they need to indicate a method of degree verification. However, in the form it asks that for just postgraduates, and not for those who are claiming qualification points for grad...
