still pretty idle state for us who applied under 10 yr student visa,
really want to see some good news,
I guess HO won't even look at our file until the 6 months mark passed

£80,000 that's not really a substantial amount of money for an international student,consider a degree length of 3yrs,that's about right,I was expecting more like 800,000+.....

absurd it seems,but that can't be the true reason,
HO might be suspicious about where the money come from...i.e. is there possibility of money laundering going on.....if there's substantial amount of cash in the Applicant's account,especially for a student....

I called the HO today since my application just passed the 14th week mark,
they gave me the standard answer 'your application is not yet complete!'

but the pace of the answer was quicker than I expected,I will try again when the 28th week approaches.

Correction from Dec 2000, thus it would come to 10yrs in Dec 2010 Since than she has been extending her visas into her adult passport (fist was issued on 20 Dec 2000) - only 1 visa was issued outside the UK (dependant). I would say wait for the SAR file, because she can't apply until November 2010,...
