no, you must have letter that clearly have your Soc code, Soc job title and you are being paid at or above as in code of practice. you need to convince your employer. I got the employment letter. However, when I called my solicitor he said you can apply on 1st Nov 2011 as you entered UK on 29th Nov 2006.

That's why I confused.
