On SET (O) form version 07/12 if you look at the top right hand corner of Page 7, you will see version 04/12 instead of version 07/12, though on the bottom of the page its correct as version 07/12. Although they cannot apply at the same time you do, they seem to have nothing to worry about. Wait until you receive your ILR and apply for your dependants afterwards, as you seem to have enough visa for this.
