I have to apply for my baby citizenship on MN1.

My question is

Can a solicitor be one of the referee in the professional category?

Or it must be a teacher, doctor, health visitor etc as described in the from and guidance notes.

During the long wait my wife's tier 1 dependent visa has expired, therefore we had to make a FLR(M) application for her with a cover letter but without my ILR.
