Hello,

I am applying Tier-1 General Initial inside UK visa in 10 days.

I have a doubt. I am claiming points from April 2010 to February 2011. I have these bank statements with me. Do i need to show 12 months statements as a rule ? or will be be okay to show the period of claiming 11 months ?

That Change in Tier-1 Guidance is not to do with Limited Company Structured Contractors. It is only for Self Employed.

When you are working through Limited Company and taking salary, you are not self employed. You are employed by that Limited Company.
