I have given Biometric 2 years ago and returned the Biometric Permit Card while applying for PSW. But, i don't have the details of that Biometric Permit.

Where can i get them ? So that i can fill them in the Tier-1 General Application Form.

The Transitional arrangements will be for Tier-1 General Initial Inside UK applicants whose applications are not decided by 5th April 2011.

If iam applying by Person in 2nd week of February 2011, and if they want to do further checks, if that goes beyond 5th April 2011, what will happen to my application ? Some people in this forum saying that they will apply new rules (Close Tier-1) even though i have applied in February ? Is this true ?

No. They will consider the rules on The Date of Application, but not date of decission.

I have just called PEO for an appointment any where in UK for Tier-1 General. They said not only Croydon but all PEO appointments in UK must be made online.
