my husband applied on same day service at PEO too on 24th november . application was held back for inquiries, they said 2 weeks . the case worker called us next day and asked for invoices. we sent in spl delivery. no news after that. awaiting .... :? Is your husband self employed ? Limited Company ?

I heard from an agent that UKBA is introducing Biometric Resident permits for every Tier-1 applicant from 14th December 2010. Any body have this news ?

I don't think you have a problem to book same day appointment. Any one can apply for same day service.
