I am submitting,

1. 10 Emails printouts
2. Some Wedding Photos
3. Gift order summary printouts

Are these enough to prove the relation ? She is applying just 3 days after the wedding anyway.

I just heard it from one of my friends. There is rumor about this. I heard this from few friends too. Its not true. You can get your dependent here , no matter how long you have visa. Because you have had a gap between marriage and visa application, you need to provide evidence for relationship exi...

Length of your visa should not be a problem. You can go ahead.

Can you explain after how long your wife applied the visa first time (after your wedding) ?

Thanks QuickSam for the reply, But are there any possibility that the case worker may ask for that? because different case workers view differently the same case. Its not 100% sure that the case worker won't ask you Invoices. Better prepare them and keep with you. If they ask you, then submit them....

Normally it is not possible to enter into VFS when you are not the applicant.

I need to apply dependent visa for my wife in Pakistan. You just need to have £600 for the 3 month continuous period. If the applicant is in Pakistan then it has to be 1800, not 600. How it will be £1800 ? Is it not £600 for the dependent when the Tier-1 migrant is in UK for more than 12months ?

Consider applying before 09-Jul-12 . She can not apply before 9th July 2012 because we are getting married in 1st week of August 2012. 1) All i need is, these changes won't effect her dependent entry clearance visa right ? I am not worried about that 2 years or 5 years rule at this point. 2) And ca...

Re: Tier-1 General Dependent - Outside UK

1. When she submits copies of my passport and visa, do they need to be attested by me or some authority ? Just photocopies are enough. You could choose to self attest them. 2. Tenancy agreement: Its a 2 bed flat but only mentions my name on it. Will this be okay ? Not Mandatory. Thanks..

Dependent Visa - Online appointment not available

Hello,

I am trying to book an appointment at VFS (any center) to submit my Fiance's dependent visa application (which is filed online) in August. But there are no dates available after 15th June.

Is this means: No appointments available after 15th June or they are not OPEN for booking yet ?

Let's try differently! Will she be married to you on the date she pays the entry clearance fees? If yes, fine ..... if not, she may be accused of deception (claiming to be married when she is not). So, in effect .. and as explained earlier ... it depends on her marital status on the date of applica...
