HO must consider Gross Dividend but not Net dividend. You can appeal. 100% this is right and it is according to HO policy. Make an appeal, Case worker did a mistake.

however, your dividend voucher should clearly mention Gross and Net dividend.

All the best....

Best example: Myself.

Yes, you can go with 10 Payslips. As long as you have income shown there... and also shown on the bank statements.

Not me, but 90% self employed applicants waited long timelines.
Home Office is checking A-Z on Self Employed applications.

You will get it, don't worry. Just wait.

As you are operating Limited Company, you do not need to register as Self Employed. However, your UTR number is for Self-Assesment for your personal taxation. There is no need of Class 2NI for your case.

I applied and i got Visa last week, same as your situation (LTD Company).

Lloyds online Printed statements will print everything about You and Account. You just need stamp on it. But make sure to print 5 transactions per page and print them seperately (each page), so that you can get all details on every page.

Guys,

If any one needs stamp on lloyds Tsb bank statements, you can visit George Street Branch, just beside East Croydon station.

Just ask them to stamp and they will do it.

2-4th of april? Its not clear. I am assuming that you want to apply on 2nd or 4th of April? If so, you can do that. Better to go in Person.

Hi, as my understanding is what I have done is correct, that director's don't register as self-employed, only register for self assessment. You are correct. You are not self employed. You will only register for self assessment and HM&RC will give you UTR. But, you don't need to submit your UTR ...
