If you have the money you say you have it should be no problem as you only have to show how you can maintain your wife at approx £106 for a couple per week, and I think you have more then enough for that.

I didn't get an inspection report. I gave a floor plan, photos of every room, tenancy agreement, letter from landlord with description of property and council tax letter and service charge bill. I was successful..

I got a letter from my private landlord to describe the property amount of rooms, other people living there and that it meets overcrowding act and that he is happy for me and hubby to have one room for private use.

what about acommodation? She doesnt want to work because this means she will get benefits, this money isnt free for everyone, it is there to support those who really need it, if she is educated she can earn a lot more in a job then she can get in benefits. But there are cases where asylum seekers do not have proof of residency as they are at the waiting stage, many wait for a decision for many years, thus they have the discretion to allow registration as they have papers from the home office.

Yes I was successful, your estate agents should have the floor plan, showing measurements of each room is important because each room that can be considered a bedroom must be larger then 50sq ft

Yeah I didnt submit a house report , I included a floor plan and a photo of each room and letter from landlord describing the property, tenancy agreement and council tax bill and service charge bill.

I gave in 6 months of bank statements from the bank that showed recent activity, I also inclded a letter explaining large amounts of deposits and incomings also. I also included a monthly excel sheet of incomings and outcomings to show rent + council tax and expenses expenditure

There must be more places giving courses you will need to search the names of the tests and type them in google depending on where you live and what cities are nearest to you, what visa are you on now? IELTS is the fastest to get results back to you.
