Your hubby made a mistake, always tell home office the truth, i hope the judge decides in your favour but i would suggest you have a plan B in place. In your case i think if refused this time then its gona be harder to get it incountry. You might have to send him to apply from Nigeria, your solicito...

I agree with Greenie, while there have been a lot of pple refused because of attendance, a lot have also been issued regardless of attendance, going to home country is not always easy and can be very costly not forgetting that you can be separeted from your family for a long time, its not easy as so...

Do i have to inform UKBA after i renew my passport?

Hie.

I have a spouse visa on a card, my passport expired in january and im about to renew it via the embassy etc.
My question is do i have to inform UKBA when i get my new passport or i dont have to since my visa is on a card?

you did not commit any crime? So what is using multiple fake ID? Thats a big crime, you might be eventually granted a visa but its likely to be a very lengthy and expensive process. Just because of human rights does not mean the home office has to grant any1 with a british wife a visa, you need a go...

if you are not attending classes, have poor attendance or worked more than permitted hours then it wont be straightfoward, but if you are abiding by your student visa and meet all the requirments then there is no need for lawyer.
