Re: walrusgumble

What does active parent mean? We all live together as of today. We had our child 2008 sept and we got married 2009 Feb. I was reading about this automatic guardianship last night but got so confused. Thirdly, why will I need a letter from my wife and what will she have to state in the letter?

Irish spouse would like to change status to Ibc

I posted a few posts here last year. Just wondering if it's possible to change my status under the new Eu Irish born child? I got stamp 4 last year which will expire in two months time. I am thinking maybe it's possible to stand my ground based on my child? Please I need your advice.

Re

I understand her fears but this still want both of you can resolve. As Monife said it doesn't sound loving. You should do your best to convince her that you working will not affect her. I dont really know how it works in Ireland but in other places I know if your spouse is working and you are on so...

Re

ojoge, can you just answer this? If you got a job, how does the amount you might earn compare to the amount of benefit currently being received by your wife? I am not included in the benefit at the moment due to my previous status. To be honest I don't know whats out. I can do anything elsewhere as...
