I've recently moved home. Do I need to inform the Home office?

The Home Office sent all my documents to my Sponsor.

Will they deliver the ICFN to my Sponsor?
or
Will they send it to my address?

Are they sending the back the Passport and documents by second class delivery?

I expectthem to send by Recorded delivery...cause I live in a flat where

ICFN and passports: Not yet received

Bio Metrics on 29th April

So far I haven't got any reply.

When will they send the ICFN card?

Also, Is there any difference between giving bio-metrics
at Post office and Home office?

Coz I gave Bio-metrics at the Post Office. Will it affect the processing time?
