eu 5 form is for permanent residence card which is valid for 10 years.you have to show the address proofs of 5 years living in ireland.your spouse have show last 5 years proof he/she excerise his/her eu treaty rights.there is more details in www.inis.gov.ie good luck

you have to inform eu treaty section about your divorce also you have to fill the form retention own your rights.basically they need proofs of you living together before your divorce and your wife have to eu excerise rights before the divorce.if you have all the above documents there is no problem.

k1 visa process is approx6-9 months.if you want to stay in ireland after your working visa finish.why you dont visit GNIB with your faince.they will give you stamp relationship with irish citizens. i dont think so its might be any problemi am sending you link below just call them they are very helpf...
