Hi,

I have received the Tier 1 general .

valid from 1st Oct 2010 to 1st Oct 2012.

Is it compulsory that i have to travel within 3 month from the validity date(1st Oct 2010) to UK with my tier 1 VISA ?OR else my VISA will be not valid.

I am also having work permit (Tier 2 ICT) which is valid from 20th Dec 2009 to 19th Dec 2011...

Can i use my work permit (Tier 2 ICT)VISA to travel to UK till 1st Oct 2010 ?

I "POST-it" each section seperatly with U pins .. but VFS person has removed all "Post-it and U pins " and putted all document in one Envelope....just i am worried .....

You cannot claim the indian salary ....as u r in UK...u have claim only UK salary with uplift factor of 1.....

For the previous earining i am using Electronics bank statements provide on bank website and printed on normal whilte paper.these statements are signed by bank authority person.

Also got letter from bank (Letter head ) confirming these statements are vaild.

I have tier 2 ICT from my current Employer and i will applying for Tier 1 General in next week....

IF MY Tier 1 General get rejected will be Tier 2 ICT will also cancelled OR that will be remain...?

No..you cant hold two VISAs.....if i apply for Tier 1 general then my Tier1 ICT will be transfered to Tier 1 General....
