I qualify for ILR in December 10, however, I would have spent more than 180 days out of the UK when I spent my maternity leave abroad with my family.

My husband is in the same situation due to flying over to see us every opportunity is got.

Will this be a problem when we apply.

Hello, My family and I qualify for the 10 year rule ILR in September 10 but we also qualify for the 5 year ILR in December 10.
