Thank you everyone for your advise. I have permant residence and I seperated from my EEA partner. I went ahead to apply for my daughter to naturalise.
18th oct. lodged application at checking service
14th nov. certifcate of naturalisation came through!

the benefit information I looked at says: without time limit on stay in the united kingdom
but my permit is only valid for ten years.. even though they wrote: no restrictions to activities in the united kingdom.
