I send my passport for renewal but it was returned since i did
not attach my husband orginal passport,however 52 pound postal order

council letter is in joint.

I am on tier1 General and will complete 5 years on 17 june 2014.However my visa expires on 10 july 2014.

1.As i understand i can apply 28 days before june 17,but whni contacted home office they said i can apply only 28 days before my visa expires.

Thanks or the reply.I have checked the time scale and found out that all the application recevied at home office on 4 and 5 th of april the fee has been deducted.I just checked my bank account the fee has not been deducted any

I have send my passport on 4th april and home office received on 5th.
The fee has not been deducted yet and no Acknowledgement letter.My employer keep on asking for the letter.My HR seems not to be flexible at all .Can my employer sack me if i dont provide visa or Acknowledgement letter
